Visiting Nanoverse
Nanoverse is Delhi's first fully interactive immersive play arena for children aged 3 and above. It features 180+ technology-driven games across three zones — the Play Arena (projector and sensor games), Immersive Dining, and Nano Café. It's designed to be an extraordinary experience for both kids and parents, combining active movement, learning and family fun.
How big is the play area?+
Nanoverse is designed as an immersive boutique play experience — as the name suggests. Our venue can comfortably accommodate around 80 guests (kids + parents) for private parties and events. As children grow older, their friend circles often become more selective, which allows us to focus on creating a highly engaging and personalised experience for every guest.
What age group is Nanoverse for?+
Nanoverse is designed for children aged 3 and above. Our games are categorised and age-appropriate, so a 4-year-old and a 14-year-old will each find games perfectly suited to them. Many games are built for parents to play alongside their children — so the whole family is welcome to join in.
Do parents need to stay? Can they play too?+
Absolutely — we actively encourage it. Nanoverse is designed as a family experience, not a drop-off zone. Many of our games are best played as parent-child teams. Please note: parents/guardians are required to provide valid contact details before leaving their child in the play area and must comply with all entry and exit procedures. Caretakers, maids and attendants are not permitted inside the soft play/toddler zone.
How long should we plan to spend at Nanoverse?+
Most families spend between 1.5 to 3 hours, though many stay longer! A minimum 1-hour play package must be purchased to access the play area. We recommend 2 hours for a first visit. A grace period of only 5 minutes is allowed after a session ends; beyond this, an additional hour will be charged.
Is booking required in advance?+
Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance — particularly for weekends and public holidays. Nanoverse operates on a capacity-controlled model to ensure every family has an exceptional experience. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but prior booking guarantees your slot.

What should we wear or bring?+
Children must remove their shoes and wear socks inside the play area for hygiene and safety purposes. We recommend bringing a pair of clean socks. Bags and personal belongings must be kept outside the play area. Please also sanitise your hands before entering — hand sanitiser stations are available at the entrance. A valid entry must be completed before accessing the play area.
Safety & Hygiene
How safe is Nanoverse for young children?+
Safety is our founding principle. The entire arena is designed with child safety at its core — all surfaces are soft or padded where needed, there are zero sharp edges or loose elements, and every game zone is fully supervised by trained staff. We maintain CCTV coverage throughout, a strict capacity limit, and a secure single-entry-exit point. The premises are under CCTV surveillance and security monitoring at all times.
How is Nanoverse kept clean?+
We designed Nanoverse so it's virtually self-sustaining from a hygiene standpoint. The interactive floors, sensor panels and game surfaces are all non-porous and specifically chosen to allow quick, thorough cleaning. We deep-clean the entire venue before opening each day. There are no soft furnishings or loose elements that collect germs — it's hygienic by design, not just by routine.
Are staff trained in first aid?+
Yes. All Nanoverse team members undergo first aid and emergency response training. A first aid kit is available on-site at all times and we follow detailed emergency protocols. The premises are under full CCTV surveillance at all times.
What behaviour is not permitted at Nanoverse?+
Nanoverse reserves the right to intervene, stop activities, or ask guests to leave the premises in case of: hitting or bullying, abusive or inappropriate language, misuse or damage of equipment, or any person found under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Theft, vandalism, abuse or misconduct shall be treated as a punishable offence.
Is photography or video recording permitted?+
Video recording and professional photography are not permitted inside the premises, except for authorised birthday party coverage arranged with us in advance. This policy exists to protect the privacy of all children and families at Nanoverse.
Food & Cafe
Can I bring outside food or drinks?+
Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside the premises. We have a fully operational Nano Café offering freshly prepared food and drinks for both kids and parents. For birthday parties, outside cakes may be permitted with prior arrangement; please check with us when booking.
Can I take Nano Café food into the play area?+
Food and beverages purchased from the Nano Café are not permitted inside the gaming and play area — this is to keep the play surfaces clean and hygienic for all guests. Please enjoy your food and drinks in the cafe or dining area before or after play.

Do you offer birthday party packages?+
Absolutely! We love hosting immersive birthday parties and special celebrations for children. From play experiences to food and entertainment, we aim to make every celebration fun, memorable and hassle-free for parents. How far in advance should I book a birthday party?+
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill quickly. For larger or fully customised experiences, 4–6 weeks' notice gives us the best opportunity to prepare something truly special. Birthday party timings must be strictly adhered to — any extension beyond the booked duration will be chargeable.
Can I visit Nanoverse for a school group or corporate event?+

What happens to lost or stolen items?+
Nanoverse shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Staff members are not authorised to supervise or safeguard personal items such as toys, mobile phones, cameras, keys or bags. We recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them securely with a responsible adult.
